This image combination shows 3 important images for a fast interpretation regarding the point-wise deviation from normal.

 1   The Color Map shows the deviation from normal with an intuitive color scale. The deviation from normal is visible for each measured point as numeral.

 2   The Defekt Curve after Bebié shows the distribution of normal deviations. Diffuse depression and deeper local defects are quickly identified.

 3   The Indizes show the statistics of deviation from normal.
