Menu Extra > Options > Tab Display
On this tab you select your preferred settings for the display windows. These settings are valid for the current user (windows login).
The image type that is shown first after opening a database. These options are set in the window using the "Favorite" button.
The position and orientation of the Series Window. This setting is permanent. The buttons on the toolbar can change the orientation temporarily.
Vertical orientation: The Series Window is on theleft. The time axis runs from top to bottom The other windows fill in on the right.
Horizontal orientation: The Series Window is at the top. The time axis runs from left to right The other windows fill in. This can be clearer for long series and wide monitors. The other windows are fitted below.
Exclusion: Handling of examinations that were excluded in the last analysis of the Trend Window
Save the last exclusion pattern: ON: The pattern is stored permanently. Next time when a Trend Analysis is performed, the same examinations are excluded. OFF: no storage
Confirm dialog before saving: ON: A confirmation dialog will appear. OFF: no dialog.
NOTE: If examination data are copied into another PeriData database, the exclusion information will be lost.
No warning in case of different perimeter groups The manufacturers of perimeters have produced different types over the years. The instruments of the same manufacturer belong to a PERIMETER GROUP. Within the perimeter group, the results are well comparable. The comparison with examinations performed on instruments from another perimeter group (other manufacturer) has a lower power. Therefore, PeriData shows a warning message. In addition, the following red info text will always be displayed in the Trend Selection Window: ! Perimeter-MIX ! On the printout there is the notification in the IntelliText OFF (standard): The warning message is shown with every trend analysis. ON: The warning message is not shown. The red info text is visible.
Defect Value Sign (+): OFF (default): Defects are negative -- ON: Defects are positive, supranormal values are negative (Octopus like). This affects also the sign of the index MD
Octopus style indices: OFF (default): Standard indices are using PSD/CPSD. Measured points within normal range appear as o (little circle) -- ON: Indices are LV/CLV. Normal points are displayed as + (little cross)
