Language: The program language
Date format: Format of the dates shown in the program. This setting does not change the storing of these dates.
Viewing Mode: ON (default): The data can be viewed without limitation, but the data cannot be stored, deleted or changed. -- OFF: Full access to the database. More information.
Option "Load last file": ON (default): If PeriData ist started normally, and NO database is opened, then the last file will open automatically. In the LinkMode with an EMR system, this option has no effect.
Check patient name: ON (default): New data are checked when imported. If in standard mode the patient name is missing, a dialog box will allow you to type in the name. In Link Mode the transmitted patient name is compared with the name from the EMR system. If the names do not match, you are asked to confirm the identity of the patient. "Yes"=data are stored with the name from the EMR system. "No"=data data are stored to the "lost-and-found" database (Reserve.phf) -- OFF: No check
Capitals: OFF (default): The name is stored as received from the perimeter or the EMR software. -- ON: The name is stored in capitals.
Two normal colors: OFF (default): The normal range in the Color Defect Map is evenly green -- ON: The upper normal range (0 to +4dB) is light green, the lower normal range (0 to -4dB) is dark green
Show L/R at Start: OFF (default): When visual fields are opened, the Series Window opens with the Single Window (last VF) -- ON: The Left-Right-Window opens with the Series
Don't insert duplicates (only in the Link mode): ON (default): avoids the storage of examinations which are already in the database -- OFF: double tests are stored.
Additional info lines (only in the Link mode): OFF (default): The info message file for the EMR system contains ONE line with general examination da -- ON: The message file contains THREE linkes (additional: reliability scores and visual field indices). -- Note: The visibility of these lines in the patient file depend on the EMR system.
Show VF at start(only in the Link mode): ON (default): When started from the EMR software, the visual fields open immediately in front of the database window. -- OFF The database window opens. Visual fields are opened with ENTER.
Change Umlaut : If the name of the patient has strange characters in the ONEPAT Link Mode, you should change this option and start PeriData again out of the EMR system. These are the options: -- OFF (default): The characters of the commandline are not changed. -- ON: The characters of the commandline are changed to another codepage (conversion is CP-1252 >> CP-850)
My Institution/Address on the Print Header: You can define up to 4 text lines that appear in the Print Header of your hardcopies
